Family Owned
We are a second generation, family owned and operated post manufacturer and CCA treater founded in 1979 by Eugene B. Penick, Jr. We start with Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) timber, process it into posts and air dry them for superior retention. We believe that a tapered post, which has more sapwood can accept more treatment and will last longer. We treat our posts to .40 chemical retention and our 16 and 20 foot poles to .60 retention.
